“I used to hate the snow, you know?” And he had. It was annoying, never once did he see the magnificence of it. People were always in awe of it, and he never understood why.
The Antarctic Empire had been his home for the longest time. Snow was normal, and it stopped him from going outside to visit the village, but in the time they’ve been away from home and instead here he’s grown to miss it.
He hears Tommy snort. “I know. We grew up together, dumbass.”
Right, they had. It’s weird to think of Tommy that way, as someone who he was meant to view as a little brother, but just didn’t.
Tommy always felt like someone more than that to him. A lover.
