Summary
Astarion's nothing if not a survivor, and his cut-throat ways have kept him alive so far. In the cruel underbelly of the world, the law of the land is simple: Victimize others, or be victimized yourself. When he finds himself wrested free from the clutches of his captor and freed, in a sense, he falls back on old strategies to survive this new ailment. Manipulate, Seduce, Use, and Cut Loose.
