Chapter Text
The kingdom of Astrodaeis was a lively one that day. Everyone was talking to each other about the coronation of Crown Prince Tsukasa Tenma. Today was the day when he would finally be king, and everyone liked his behavior, so naturally, they were all excited. Taverns were decorated with yellow and blue, the kingdom’s colors, and the street lamps were covered with yellow and blue paper streamers. Everyone was ready, and the time was coming near.
Tsukasa was dressed in his suit, a black and white one with yellow and blue accents. His blonde to pink hair was tied in a low ponytail, and he had his signature yellow-with-blue-accents cape on. He was, in fact, very ready and very excited. However, as he walked down the hallway that contained the bedrooms, the lights blew out, though it wasn’t as creepy due to it being daytime, but he could hear clothes fluttering, and a window opening.
Saki and Toya Tenma were waiting at the door to take Tsukasa to the park. Saki’s hair was down, but the had a braid on each side as they met in the back, and a yellow dress. Toya also had a low ponytail, but had just a black suit.
”Toya? Should we go in? It’s been… 20 minutes. He should’ve been out by now.” Saki was worried for her brother.
The background noise was in fact, people, as the guards tried to keep them away. Saki thought they were worried as well.
”We should go in.” Toya answered her question. They went in.
”We could split up…” Saki suggested, as they walked through the countless hallways that were in the castle of Astrodaeis.
It was a while until Toya spoke, but when he did, he denied Saki’s idea. “We should be together so we can escort him to the royal park.”
”Good idea.”
As they walked down the hallway containing the bedrooms, they saw a cape. A yellow-with-blue-accents cape.
”Oh no.” Saki gasped. There was blood on the carpet. By the cape.
Toya also had a worried expression. They raced towards the entrance, so they could tell the guards what was going on. They grabbed the cape before they went.
Tsukasa woke up. He was instantly shocked by where he was.
This wasn’t the castle.
This was a cage.
