At the same time, another Miku (from the streets), who had been informed of Cat Miku’s super awesome idea, coerced Akito to try it out, sending him to whatever world was currently running. When Akito didn’t come out for more than an hour, she realised that Cat Miku never told her how to get someone out.

Decades after the initial outbreak of global famine sparked by industrial agriculture stripping all arable land of nutrients, Tsukasa and his troupe need a new source of income after their failure to make ends meet in the faltering Japanese economy. Without the means of purchasing food nor a proper welfare system, their circus acts have become a luxury; both for an audience that can't afford tickets and for the four of them that can't afford circus equipment consequently.
A great opportunity awaits from the mysterious Aoyagi Factory next door, run by four upper-class teenagers that live selfishly for their dreams. Even though Tsukasa's certain he hasn't met the proprietor of the factory before, he can't shake the feeling that his new employer is eerily familiar...
