Summary
After the death of his father in the war against the Solari, Finn is crowned king, and swears he will take the Solari down. However, as the war wages on, even he can see when he is beaten. To avoid further bloodshed, he surrenders to Dane. The Solari accept his surrender, and agree no more Lunare will be harmed, under the condition that Finn is given to the Solari as a war prize, to serve Dane as long as he lives. Tied together again after so many years apart, neither of them can imagine how the other has changed, or what they are capable of after so many years of war. Navigating their feelings, it becomes apparent to Finn there are bigger things afoot in their kingdoms then their relationship, and actions that need to be taken to secure the future of both their kingdoms.
