Summary
Dick thinks he's investigating a break-in, but instead finds a de-aged Tim. They don't know how or WHY it's happened, just that it has, and they now have to navigate caring for the eleven year old old while trying to figure out how to restore him to his previous state. The thing is... from the very start, Tim entered their lives wanting to fix things. It seems no matter how much time passes, some things remain the same. Tim doesn't understand what happened, or how. He just knows that somehow he's eleven (but supposed to be eighteen?), and suddenly its seven years later than it should be, and everything has fallen apart. His parents are-gone. Bruce has abandoned Gotham. Dick is wearing a cowl he never wanted, raising Bruce's son, and struggling to keep things together. Damian is in desperate need of a friend, and Jason- Jason is estranged and won't come home. Of course, none of that is acceptable. He doesn't know what to do about himself, it's out of his hands, but he's not going to leave everything else be while Dick tries to figure it out. He HAS to help.

Summary
The Census Data has shown that Remnant is at below-replacement population levels, according to Penny's statistical analysis! Logical subroutines and deductions prescribe: Increase the population with the best of the best. A dating app, to match up the best of the genetic material with the most fertile of people. Unfortunately... logic and reason does not really factor in sexuality.
The population decline must be halted, and so, Penny sets up dates with those individuals that would benefit from having a good few babies!
Unfortunately, nobody really told Penny about the whole 'human sexuality' thing, and James Ironwood did not think too much about the ramifications of allowing such a thing...
But at least the population will increase!

Hansol didn’t look away this time. If anything, he stepped closer, closing the space Seungkwan had grown used to keeping between them.
“I said,” Hansol repeated, slower now, like he needed Seungkwan to hear every single word, “just because I told you to stop back then… doesn’t mean I didn’t feel anything.”
Seungkwan’s brows pulled together, confusion flashing across his face, quickly chased by something sharper—hurt, maybe, or disbelief.
When he didn’t answer, Hansol stepped forward again.
Seungkwan instinctively stepped back—once, twice—until his back hit the wall behind him. The sudden closeness knocked the breath out of him, Hansol standing right in front of him now, close enough that he couldn’t look anywhere else even if he tried.
The seriousness on Hansol’s face made his chest tighten, his thoughts scrambling.
“I made you stop,” Hansol said, his voice low, steady, leaving no space for doubt, “because I should’ve been the one chasing you.”
Seungkwan’s breath caught
“Not the other way around.”
