Tomate's existence is meant, by design, to be unreadable. A pawn of the federation; his purpose doesn't extend much beyond spying on the islanders. Or so he's heard. Truly, Ewron doesn't much care why there seems to be such a sudden influx of federation rats trying to record their entire existence.
