Will peeked up at him, just enough to see the shy smile tugging at Mike’s lips. “I… I don’t even know if that’ll work,” he admitted, voice soft. “What if it doesn’t? What if it just keeps happening?”
Mike shook his head firmly. “It will work. And if it doesn't, we’ll find something else. We always do.”
Will’s lips quirked in the faintest hint of a smile. “You’re right. We always do.”
Mike leaned forward, careful not to crowd him, “First we need to try to find a way to turn the lights back on. Reverse what you did. Do you think you can–” He gestures towards Will’s crotch, a blush crossing his cheeks, “--Go again?”OR: Will finds himself unable to control his new powers when he gets aroused. Every time he gets "excited," strange things happen with the power. He tries to convince himself it's a coincidence, but when he finishes, and the power goes completely out, he begins to panic.
His panic takes him straight to Mike's window, and Mike offers a helping hand. In a best friend way, of course. -

“Good evening!” he said, grinning like a Cheshire cat, but with a gaping hole where he’d lost an upper tooth. “Reservation for two?”
Wade raised an eyebrow, and glanced to Callie. She stared down at her younger child, face unreadable. “What are you up to?”
“Your table is ready!” the boy said, stepping to the side and gesturing inside the house. “Please, step this way.”
Callie sighed, a heavy, tired sound, before casting a side glance to Wade. Then she turned back to front, and stepped inside.
Wade hesitated on the porch for a moment, not sure what to do. Should he stick around and make sure everything was okay? Or was this something Cal would want to handle on her own, without interruption?
He mulled over that conundrum for another moment, before Eclipse stepped out and grabbed the bottom of his shirt to give a tug. “Come along, sir. Your table is waiting.”
Well. Guess he’d see where this was going.
