    The year is XX07, in the closed state of SE.RA.PH.

    Sika Madu is living his life with his two sons, Michaela and Mika, in the low-class district. But the single father has a dark past he is trying to escape from, and in the end it catches up to him.
    After failing to escape SE.RA.PH, and falling into the hands of the Sovereign, Sika loses everything.
    But is all truly lost?

    The year is XX20, and Sika Madu is broken out of the Babel tower.
    His rescuer introduces himself as Yuu.

    "Sika Madu. The resistance needs your help."

    A group of youth trying to stand up and fight against the Sovereign's tyrannical rule needs Sika to stop the state's next big plan, one that will doom the citizens of SE.RA.PH should they succeed.

    But are those Yuu's true intentions?
    Of course not. Yuu has one goal in mind. "Save Mika."
    But... What exactly has become of Mika?
