As the tags shows this isn't Otto from the 1960s comics, but an individual Otto variant from the limited series Doctor Octopus Year One, which did have a tag until ao3 merged all the different Spiderman comics into one 'comicverse' tag for some dumbass reason (so I made a new one), just saying, the characterization is gonna be veeeeeeery different.
Nobody really knows about this comic, but if you know, I picked the first scene from issue 4, where the reader takes the place of the random man with the newspaper that Otto took his clothes from (only the situation goes a little different here)
