Today is Tighnari’s Birthday and you decided to do something for him.
With the help of Collei, who you asked to distract him, you’d be able to bake something for Tighnari.
Collei went to him this morning to ask for ‘help’ with something. She asked a lot of nonsense questions, distracting him as much as possible.
So you went outside, getting everything you need in the time he wasn’t there.
But getting everything took longer than expected. You quickly went back to your house, which you share with you beloved Tighnari, and prepared everything you’d need, only to be interrupted by the front door being opened and slammed shut again. And before you knew it, a pair of arms were wrapped around your waist and a fluffy tail was wrapped around your leg.
“Who does she think she is?! Taking away my precious time. Time I could be spending with you.”, Tighnari muttered as he nuzzled against your neck.
“Tighnari…”, you called out his name, to which he replied with a hum.
“I didn’t expect you to be back so soon.”, you continued.
Tighnari didn’t reply and instead looked at the ingredients, which laid on the counter.
“I see…”, he muttered and nuzzled against you more.
“You asked her to distract me, didn’t you?”, he said.
“...I did.”, you mumbled and chuckled.
“You don’t have to do anything for my Birthday, you know. Spending time with you instead of some people that don’t even know what to do without supervision is the only thing I could whish for on my Birthday.”, he muttered.
“So next year, just let us do something together instead of trying to get on my nerves by getting Collei to ask stupid questions.”, Tighnari said and his tail, which was wrapped around your leg, went higher and wrapped around your waist. He nuzzled against your neck and his ears twitched a bit.
“What would you like to do today then?”, you asked him, gently running your fingers through the fur of his tail, which made him blush a bit.
“I wanna spend time with you.”, he muttered.
And with that, Tighnari spend the rest of the day in the arms of his lover. In the arms of the person he loves the most.
