“Still,” Caelus begins, blissfully unaware his voice was what broke Aventurine out of his trance, “glad you didn't ditch me.”
Aventurine can't help but raise an eyebrow at that. Has Caelus been ditched before? Has he been left alone, in unknown places, by people he doesn't know, just like how Aventurine was?
Well, Aventurine knows better than to ask. Caelus is never forthcoming with information about his past unless he wants to speak.
“I have a few places I wish to show you, dear friend.” Aventurine eyes the place up on down as he exclaims. That was a lie, he did so little research about this area in particular. “Care to follow me?”
