Summary
A continuation of Part 1 of Brothers in Bhaal.
The Temple took everything from Kieran, so, with great pleasure, he took their lives. His Urge unleashed, he sets out into the world to drown it in blood.
Omdura was so close to saving his brother. Everything was in place, all that was left to execute the plan. But when he arrived, he found nothing but bodies. Now he follows the trails of corpses to try and rescue his beloved brother before his Urge takes him somewhere they cannot follow.

Everything seemed brighter, clearer, more intense. Kier felt alive. For the first time in a decade he could do anything and everything, and was truly awake. No longer shackled by conscience and his abominable counterpart’s whining, he could meet death and dance with it; wine it and dine it, cradle it, consume it. Be it.

Omdura had been tracking Kieran for months. For much of that time, following his trail had proved unnervingly easy. He did not try to cover his tracks. They shuddered at the memories, not wanting to associate the gruesome, lifeless scenes with his smiling little brother. But perhaps he could still be saved... If they could just find him.
