   Summary

   Izuku knew how harsh life could be.

   He was four when he diagnosed as quirkless losing what fragile friendships he had barely started. He was six when his father died in a villain attack overseas. His mother passed from cancer the following year. Taking her so quickly that Izuku never got the chance to mourn properly.
   The caretakers at the orphanage he was thrown into kept him away from the kids who held the promise to be adopted.

   He was beaten, ridiculed, and tossed aside.

   Useless.

   At least that was his view until he turned twelve and ran into someone unexpected. A kind heart in a world of so full of pain.

   His life was changing and things seemed to be getting brighter, but was the path he was walking really the right one? Will his dream of wanting to be a hero carry on?
