Summary
Keith knows this is his reality now. This is his life and nothing is going to change that. Maybe he was always meant to be here in a place where bloodshed was second nature. Maybe violence did run in his veins, given to him by someone he had never known. Maybe it would be easier to forget dark eyes and deep laughs and rough, calloused hands in his hair tucking him in after falling asleep watching the stars. But it’s all he has left other than the scar on a face that looks too much like his father’s.
But Keith has never been one to take the easy way out.
And he’s not going to start now.

One of the best depictions of the BoM that I've seen. They're BRUTAL, even with each other, and nothing comes for free, knowledge most especially. Seems to be an AU where Earth was destroyed and Keith came from that. There have been hints that Alteans are a powerful force in the universe just as much as the Galra. Not quite sure how old Keith is here; he seems on the younger side.
AWESOME depictions of the various blades: Thace, Ulaz, Kolivan, and Krolia so far (chapter 4). Great, harsh, visceral writing as well.
