It was her laugh, melodic and sweet. His head swiveled toward the sound and he spotted her within seconds, her long red hair a wonderful sight for his sore eyes. Her table was angled in a way that had her facing him and after some intense staring, she seemed to feel his eyes on her because she looked up. He smirked, raising his glasses in a greeting, and he felt a thrill go through him when he saw her throat move as she swallowed.
