Given the time of the year, the nights were starting to get a bit chilly around Tokyo. Deep winter was still a few months away, but the breeze at night was not something to be underestimated. Turning his head up to the man walking next to him, Mitsuya draped his scarf a bit more generously around his neck. “I got a feeling I already know the answer, but indulge me, Ran. Why ‘Rope-ongi’?”
The taller man smiled down on him hands in pockets and eyes closed. “I got specific tastes. Is that an issue for you?”
“Can’t say I have much experience with it.”
Ran hummed in acknowledgement. “You’re curious, aren’t you?”
Side-eyed by a pair of deep violet eyes a few shades darker than his own, Mitsuya kept on walking. “Maybe.”
