"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Ladybug asked.
"100%, m'lady. Now, let's get to work. " Chat noir replied with a smugly grin on his face.
Three months ago, on one of their night patrols, Chat noir had come all giddy and excited, and proposed the idea of them opening a joint Instagram account as a treat to their fans. Much to ladybug's disapproval, a joint account had been set up (owing to Chat noir's amazing convincing power) and it had blown up overnight. Within 24 hours, the two heroes of Paris had already gained 1M+ followers, competing with the records of famous celebrities. Ladybug had been quite unsatisfied with it, worried if Hawkmoth somehow succeeded to track them down and detect their location, or maybe hack their account? Chat Noir, being the ever gentleman he was, had immediately shut down his distressed lady's intrusive thoughts. Soon, they began sharing selfies taken on patrols, pictures of their very own tradition after fighting down akumas, sometimes even akuma alerts on stories and everything that was not too revealing.
It was New year's Eve and the duo (well, mostly Chat noir) had decided to put up a livestream as an early New year's gift for their dedicated fans. Ladybug had never done anything of this sort before, so she just sat back and watched Chat noir set up the livestream.
"Alright, are you ready m'lady?" Chat noir smiled.
Ladybug nodded.

"Hey!" The duo waved in unison.
"Woah, we're at 3.2K already?"
It was true. Just within seconds of starting up their first livestream, they were already at a staggering 3.2K?...no hold up...viewers increasing rapidly..holy shit, 6K already? Ladybug was dumbfounded. She had never expected such a reaction from the people.
"Hi, so um, as an early New year's gift for you guys, we thought we might as well do our first livestream." Chat noir greeted the viewers cheerfully. How was he so natural? Ladybug was so nervous, so many eyes were on them, and they couldn't even see them!

If only he knew how he made her feel too. Ugh. She hated him, so much, but the feeling was in fact quite the contrary, and it might have just been better if she could. She hated how his golden hair ruffled in the wind and made her wanna run her hands through it at the very sight. She hated his oh-so-sweet smile, that would instantly melt her into a puddle. She hated his perfectly chiseled jawline, how it made her wanna cup his face all the more. She hated his mesmerizing green eyes, that would make her lost in them all the more she looked into them. But most of all, she hated his lips, how perfectly smooth and soft they looked...almost made her wanna kiss-
Snap out of it, Ladybug! She internally facepalmed herself.
"You know what, let's play a game with our fans, they ask, we answer? How's that sound?" Ladybug asked, confidence suddenly bubbling.
"Ooh, sounds interesting, m'lady. Well, are you sure you're gonna answer whatever they ask?" Chat noir snickered.
"As long as its appropriate, sure." Ladybug smiled.
"Alright then, let's see what our viewers have in store for us."

Why did he have to be so godawfully attractive?
"Let's move on shall we?" Chat noir asked.
Ladybug nodded.
"Okay... ladybug what's your fave thing about me?"
"Everything..." Ladybug sighed dreamily.
"Huh?"
"Huh? Did I say everything? pfft, I was just flirting with you kitty. Well, I do love your confidence, your ability to remain so optimistic during battles, but most of all I love your humour. I don't really say this often but fighting akumas would be a lot less fun without your jokes." Ladybug genuinely admitted.
"This cat is flattered, m'lady." Chat noir bowed. "Someone here says.... chat noir what's your fave thing about ladybug? Well, everything. Most importantly, her confidence and her bravery, it was what made me fall in love with her in the first place. She is so selfless and so kind, like have you guys ever seen the great ladybug ever unwilling to help you out? She puts everyone before her, and while that isn't always a good thing, I get it, that's what makes her one of a kind! I could've never asked for a better partner. I really don't know how I became so lucky to have her by my side."
Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry. Why did he have to talk about her (in a good way) like she wasn't just sitting right next to him? She really didn't deserve him.
"That was.....really sweet, Chat."
"You're welcome, m'lady. Let's move on to the next question, you wanna take turn reading the comments?"

Ladybug sighed. Just another Chat noir fangirl again. God, what was that tingling inside?

Ladybug turned beet red. "Uh-yes- no- I mean- no- no.... we're just friends, best friends perhaps?"

Chat Noir handed her the ice cream he had bought for her. Oh yes, they were indeed supposed to have ice cream together, and they would have been finished by now had the live not kept them engaged. "Um, yes, of course, no worries." Chat noir leaned in, burning red. No worries, right?
And so he leaned in, with the pure intentions of rubbing the ice cream off her face (no other intentions!!), and so he did, but lingered longer than was actually necessary for merely a rubbing-off-ice-cream-off-face purpose.
Ladybug felt like she might combust at any point now. He was inches away from her! Their noses were practically brushing! God, had focusing on just finishing the job ever been this hard? She was certain that focusing on physics was a lot easier than completing the job they were actually supposed to be doing, but instead they were practically almost kis-
No, Ladybug. He's just your very sweet, helpful partner who agreed to rub off the ice cream off your face, because he's so very helpful, and at your very own request too, so no more inappropriate thoughts. Platonic thoughts, only.
But how the hell is a girl to think platonically when your super hot- I mean- super helpful partner is just inches away from your face? Would it have been so hard to just directly smash his lips on her instead of the prolonged eye contact? God darn it, she remembered seeing that one comment but intentionally avoiding it: "JFC GUYS KISS ALREADY"!
At this point, they were up so close, that ladybug could literally smell smell his breath on her lips. God, he smelled just like strawberries, she wondered, if kissing him would perhaps feel even better?
And suddenly she wanted nothing more than to find out what would really happen if she actually plunged forward. Part of her still was frozen in place, but her mind screamed to just take a risk, just this once.
No, she couldn't do this anymore. The feelings were way too overwhelming. It was not the end of the world, right?
And then, the entire world came to a standstill.
She decided to take the risk and closed the distance between them. To her utter suprise, he was kissing her back, YES, KISSING HER BACK, FOR REAL. That answered her question, yes, she felt even better with his lips now on hers. He tasted so sweet, like coffee and strawberries, the remnants of ice cream on his lips, and she was certain they felt all the more sweeter just because they were on his lips. She could kiss him forever and nobody would even matter. Nobody mattered right now either. They wouldn't care even if the world was ending or burning in flames. When Chat Noir was kissing Ladybug, the whole world would come to a halt, just for them.
.....wait
.....hold up.... WEREN'T THEY LIVE?
A part of Ladybug sincerely hoped that they had ended the livestream before their cozy makeout session but she wasn't so sure anymore...
She backed off from the kiss (what would she have given to keep kissing him till her lungs would give up). Chat Noir looked seemingly heartbroken, wondering if he had done something wrong. Ladybug seemed to have read his mind and went on, "No Chat..... weren't we live? Did you end it? Because I didn't and- just please tell me you did." She practically pleaded.
