“You are 𝘯𝘰𝘵 locking us in a damn room!” Valentino hissed at Charlie. The princess smiled at him and made her way past the annoyed pimp.
“Oh but I 𝘢𝘮!” She smiled widely. Angel Dust and Valentino stared at her like she had four heads, which wouldn't be weird if not for the fact that she didn't have four heads, she was just crazy. Vaggie was behind both the men, forcing them into the hotel room. The two fell forward, falling onto their faces. “You can come out later!” Charlie chirped before she slammed the door and locked it. Angel Dust quickly got up from the floor and ran to the door, banging on it. While he yelled and screamed to be let out of the room, Valentino was sitting up, rubbing his face.
When he landed face first, his glasses were pushed up against his face. “Damn it..” He muttered as he sat on his legs and took off his glasses. “Stop beating on the door, dumbass.” Valentino grumbled. Angel Dust sighed, leaning his head against the door. The two sat in silence, Valentino regretting his decision to come to the hotel and Angel Dust wishing to die all over again. Valentino used one of his hands to get his phone from his coat. He made a noise and used both of his hands to look for his phone. “Are you serious right now???” He muttered to himself, noting that his phone was gone. Angel Dust cut his eyes at Valentino.
“What's wrong with you?” Angel Dust. He didn't really care, but if they were going to be stuck in a room for Lucifer knows how long, he might as well make some type of conversation.
“My..phone..” Valentino stood up, putting his glasses back on to his face and checked everywhere on himself for his damn phone. Angel Dust turned himself around, still leaning against the door, and watched as Valentino frantically looked for her phone. “Where the 𝙛𝙪𝙘𝙠 is my phone?!” He yelled. Angel Dust rolled his eyes.
“Yeah, Niffty got ya.” Valentino turned to look at him, his expression showing just how confused he was. “They took our phones so we don't get distracted or somethin'. I dunno.” Angel Dust shrugged. Valentino blinked at him. He couldn't go without his phone, he needed that. Before he came to this hotel he was messaging Vox about dinner plans. “Don't worry, they did it to me too.” Angel Dust muttered out. Valentino came and stood beside him, both staring at the wall across from them.
“Can't we just – break the door down?”
“Not if ya want Vaggie to getcha. She throws people.”
“Sounds festive.”
“Not if you're on a roof.”
The two ended up talking about what happens in the hotel on a daily, something that would pass the time. Neither liked one another, but if they wanted to get out of the room and away from each other fast enough, this was the way to go. The two were sitting on the floor in front of the door now, moving the conversation to Husker and Vox. “Ya had plans yet ya still came?” Angel Dust asked, tilting his head slightly to the side. Valentino shrugged.
“I thought this would be a one and done. Not a damn hostage situation.” He shrugged. “Vox is weird when it comes to things that involve planning. I set everything up and have to remind him of our plans because he forgets ten minutes after I tell him.” Valentino sighed. Angel Dust nodded in understatement. Sir Pentious was like that.
“Sometimes Husker forgets our plans. But it's okay sometimes.” Angel Dust smiled as he spoke about Husker. Valentino chewed on the inside of his mouth, he wasn't good with 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 people's love life's, hell, he wasn't even good with his own at times. The two continued their conversation about their lovers, Valentino slowly getting used to talking about Angel Dust's lover, before eventually falling asleep against one another and the door. Valentino was snoring softly, his mouth open, and Angel Dust was muttering to himself in his sleep.
“It's been 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 Charlie, I think we should let them out.” Vaggie tried. Charlie hummed as she moved things around in the lobby area. “They could have hurt each other.”
“Nope, I don't think so.” Charlie smiled brightly at Vaggie, kissing her on the cheek as she walked by. Niffty was busy getting rid of spiderwebs and Alastor was busy pestering Husker. “I bet they're hugging right now!” Charlie giggled out. Vaggie blinked at her. As much as she loves Charlie, the girl was out of her mind when it came to situations like this.
“If you think so, we should really go and check.” Vaggie pointed up at the stairs. Charlie hummed.
“Not yet, lets wait a little bit longer.” Vaggie let out a groan, following after Charlie, continuing to try and get her to let the two out of the room. After a few hours, both were let out, going straight for food. “Guys..” Charlie started. Valentino looked at her.
“Shuddup.” Both he and Angel Dust said to her. They were hungry and needed food three hours ago. Whatever Alastor made would be fine to their digestive systems.
“After this I need to fix my reservation for my dinner date.” Valentino muttered to himself. Angel Dust waved his hands slightly.
“Oh oh oh,” He swallowed his food before he finished talking. “is it a good place? Lemme know, I wanna take Husker.” Everyone stared at the two, awaiting whatever was about to happen next. Valentino fixed his glasses, pushing them up against his face. He didn't respond to Angel Dust, confusing the spider. Valentino grabbed his phone from Charlie and left the hotel.
“Oh Angel, I'm sorry..I really thought that would work...” Charlie gave a sympathetic look. Angel Dust waved her off, giving her a pained smile.
“He's a pimp Charlie, not someone ya can befriend..”
“What are you doing?” Vox asked as he made up their bed. Valentino was sitting at his vanity, in his rob with his legs crossed. He had his phone in his hands, typing.
“Messaging Angel, I need him for an upcoming project. You know, work.” He hummed as he pressed send and turned his phone off. Vox came up beside the pimp, his hands on his shoulders and lips on his cheek.
“No more work, it's time to sleep.” Vox said softly, pulling Valentino for his feet and to the bed. Valentino smiled at him, letting out a soft chuckle.
