Summary
Mikoto has his head tilted away just a little bit, just perfectly, and he's breathing too so he's fine, mouth slightly open so his teeth show. His hair is messed up in a way John's supposed to be, but not his, because he cares and all that, and circles a halo around him. Eyes half-closed where he can't figure if he's passed out or asleep, in a double kind of dream. John keeps staring, just the couple seconds that don't feel like just something. Mikoto nghs then, softly, and his head makes a half-turn.
Just asleep then, John thinks with a sort of relief. Mikoto opens his eyes.
