Full Circle
Different times, difference in kind, somewhat and with slightly different stories to tell as well
Somehow both of them still sharing much of the same ordeals, making the deal with the light side
The two proper order following soldiers fighting in a seemingly endless war
Even if their new superiors told them another kind of story, but they two could tell what was in store
Neither of them anything personal in the fights having scored, not really and that one tore a gaping hole in their beating hearts
Going against the grain after enduring so much pain, was the ultimate smart, but not theirs rather those keeping them apart from their kindred
Having so much witnessed, participated in the very blame
The shame of it all accumulating after too much thinking when their heads to bed was laid
Something of their own the Empire could not take aways, the thoughts becoming something of a lure
As neither never really finding peace, the inner turmoil never able to be released
Until the time to become something more, something better, the eopie’s back having been broken
No more hiding oneself or words unspoken, it was time to act or become one of the broken themselves
The option remaining suddenly becoming quite clear and confessed, no hesitation anymore left
The gun aimed, fired upon those oppressors supposedly strong
Going, going, gone!
