Work Text:

“I am sorry but why did you come to me?” Percy asks Annabeth, who had just busted down his door in the cabin scaring him from working on a hat for Blackjack. Now Annabeth was very curious as to why he was making a hat for a horse but didnt say anything about it.

“Because you are the only one that I can talk to about this. And Aphrodite was born from the sea so that says something about your credibility with all of this.” Annabeth explains flooping down on Tyson bed who was as of right now visting Posedien.

“Well what about Piper? Oh. Wait, this is about Piper isnt it? You have a crush on Piper dont you? Damn it. I owe Nico and Jason 15 bucks each.” Percy says looking very discourage about the whole thing.

“You bet on this?” Annabeth said looking shocked and appalled at Percys actions. “Oh, plese like you didnt for Nico and Will. Dont go all high and mighty with me Wise girl. Anyways what do you need me for?”

“I just dont know what to do with all these feelings.” Annabeth sighs saying and looks to Percy who is still working on the hat for Blackjack.

“Have you considered just letting them be? You dont have to do something about everything. Especially emotions. I mean think about when you started being friends with me, you didnt like the emotions but let them be so why cant you do the same here.” Percy says looking at her and then back down at the hat.

“I guess you are right.”
