    Simon wants Johnny to split him open so his love could reach him fully. He wants Johnny to dig and pry open his ribs so he can free his heart from its cage and see how it beats for him. He wants Johnny to devour him because all his love was hidden inside, in his blood, his skin, his bones, his marrow. And he would give it all so Johnny knew. So Johnny would know that behind all the harsh words and avoidance was actually someone that was never taught how to love. Someone who’s love is as harsh, as burning, as angry as it is pure, tender and deep.
