His “Sweet” Rose

Summary:

Five friends lost in a cold shafted house looking for anyone to rock their world. So they tried anything for that to come, and eventually it did happen technically, but they had to give something in return to “him,” but he was so beautiful in his heart that they couldn’t resist the TEMPTATION.

Then as they were transported into a new world, full of the what they’ve dreamed of, they had something in them something they thought was good. That’s right “thought was good.”

Chapter 1: Lo$t my Heart (Prolouge)

Chapter Text

“We can’t just go back right I mean this can’t be the only way to go?!” Yeonjun frantically searching for new ideas in his head while sweating in every place imaginable, looking at his friends for advice, but nothing, making Yeonjun breaths more abrupt.

“I mean look at us Jun, we’ve been crying for endless nights with each other trying to find someone to lift us up to the sky, but it’d lead us to people thinking we’re desperate lo$ers that can’t even handle the word no, I mean look at how we lost the thing that made us lovers! Remember how much we see Hyuka hum his tunes at the restaurant he works at? Well every time I go in there I always see him either on the verge of tears barely being able to bring food onto customer’s tables, or barely being able to drag his body with the mop. Every time we’d used to see Beomgyu livestream he’d have a huge bright smile on/off camera, and now everytime the camera shuts down, his body also shuts down from his dad crushing him with his sharp words and a tone that can sting someone with a stone of heart. Soobin used to jump up and down squealing when we’d go out, but now the days go by when Soobin would hear his alarm he’d be groaning, and his eyes will want to be shut again, and have you ever seen me touch my skateboard?” Taehyun scolded Yeonjun, and tsked at his worries.

And while the silver haired boy sounded like a dad realizing his kid failed all classes, he wasn’t off to say the least. It wasn’t a complete day with at least two of the five boys slumping to their bed at the end of the day, watching the clock sluggishly move it’s hand as it goes, as their thoughts get fuzzier, and blurrier the more they blinked, and it wasn’t like they accepted their fate and left the heart shattered. They always tried to come up with plans, to repair the broken heart shattered by people that called them “son,” people that made their eyes glow pink, “friends and family,” and the people who call them losers, but every time they’d try to open the door for a new happily ever after, the door would lead them with the red pen of love, or more so ache slowly crossing every plan one by one. And the more plans they’d cross off, the more the pen would cut the strings of their hearts for each other, and it lead them to sometimes having a fuzzy brain after trying to visualize each other, so while they tried to go every way possible to human kind, all lights shut down except for one.

And when they talked about the plan, Yeonjun seemed to have feelings like a seesaw through the entire discussion. While yes, he could finally see him, and friends smile and hold hands with each other again, he knew it was a huge step and just the idea of a risk made Yeonjun’s thigh’s shutter, but knowing that the other paths Yeonjun created in the back row of his head was always blocked off, he had no other choice, but to say yes.

So this lead to present day where the five lost boys went into the car, with Yeonjun in the drivers seat staring at the wheel with sweat breaking down everywhere, and a heavy gulp. He tried to reach his trembling hands onto the wheel, but all that lead to was him, rapidly moving his hands away from the wheel, hyperventilating about what could happen to him, and his friends is this plan doesn’t work.

Soobin seeing all of this with his dark eyes, he placed his hands on the oldest bare shoulders with a slight warm smile, “Hey, I see you’re hesitating with the wheel a bit, and you shouldn’t worry yourself out Jun. You have us if you need to confront something so big that you can’t handle it alone, and when your driving the car off the cliff, remember that you’re doing it for us, so that we can fly with the clouds, run away closing the fairytale with smiles and rainbows, and to finally have someone to rock our world, making ourselves known as lovers again.”

“I know that’s good and all, but I’m just scared of the action of doing it.” Yeonjun slightly turned into the skin of cotton candy from embarrassment.

“Well you just got to rip it rapidly like a band-aid, and it’ll be like nothing will happen. Yeonjun, just remember if you do this, the five strings connected to us will be like a labyrinth for the scissors to go through unable to find a way to cut our strings, wouldn’t you like that?”

“Yes.” Yeonjun told Soobin softly Yeonjun drifted his hands delicately onto the wheel, but the car didn’t move.

~ “If you want to swap seats I’d happily-.” ~ Soobin tried to gently whisper to Yeonjun’s ear, but with fire coming out of Yeonjun’s eyes he peered to the dark haired boy, “No thanks! It’s for me to come over this risk! It’s for our tomorrow to be fulled with under the glistening moonlight, it’s for our strings to be connected into a great indestructible wall, and for someone to make us fly into the sky. Let’s do this!” Yeonjun sharply placed his foot on the gas pedal, making the car meter go from 20, then 30, then 40, then 50, then 70, and onto the max that it seemed like the meter was going to break. And while they weren’t exactly free yet, Yeonjun felt like he broke the chains holding him back, making him flutter like a butterfly, making the car seem like it was driving on an invisible world.

“Good bye old plans! Good bye to the things that made our hearts shatter! And good bye to those red lines of despair!” Kai yelled out the car with pure euphoria entering his veins with Beomgyu ripping out their past plans, and throwing them out the window, making sure nothing will cross their paths.

“Um guys! I think this car is breaking down!” Yeonjun told them with their pupils shrinking in size after the realization.

“We’re going to die!” Kai clenches his fists absorbing all the sweat.

The car was losing its energy, and will just like them, they couldn’t keep it together for longer, so much that the car went to a straight slope down. All five of them hugging tightly to each other, tears exploding, thinking this will be their last scream, and thoughts that could ruin anyone’s day. And then they heard a loud crash beneath their ears.
