Phoenix pulled Gavin's waist before the taller man could stand up and sit on the other table, Kristoph struggled in his grasp and lamely fell back to the stool, his hands flying forward for support, the sound of the sudden discordant notes drew the other patrons' attention. Shit. Kristoph had the decency to smile at the others and waved his hands to indicate that it was no harm done. Phoenix's co-workers gave him a particularly teasing side-eye, they've been suspecting a budding romance between the two, and Phoenix shuddered at the thought. Gavin fixed his hair for a bit, looking miffed, muscles tensing in his jaw, and his left eye was twitching, amazingly his breathing was evened out immediately after his initial shock.
