Kamiyama high celebrates their school festival with rowdyness, music being played on the school through the speakers, Tsukasa enjoyed it at first until he kept being dragged into the jail booth by Mizuki and Akito, sometimes even An as an act of revenge. He huffed as he hid from the students who'll bring him to the jail booth again. He heard he'll stay there for an hour now.
He's behind the marriage booth, hearing the host announce the pair that will get married, he knows he's safe here, he's in a tight area after all. He slowly stood up, not making a sound until he heard the pair that will get married. "Next up! A request was made! Kamishiro Rui is to be married to Bea Nanami!" He heard girls squeal at the announcement and some boys whistling, he knows Rui is quite handsome despite his chaoticness and crazy ideas, and Bea is a pretty and popular girl, she's also smart which is the same as Rui. Tsukasa pouted, he's rather be jailed than hear what is happening as the marriage booth's rule is they cannot refuse it.
Tsukasa went out and was caught by Akito and Mizuki, he pouted as he was dragged to the jail booth, he'd rather be in jail booth than hear Rui get married to the girl. He entered the booth and remained curled up on a corner, on the next hour, he'll be the one guarding their cafe aka wearing a butler suit, he told Rui he'll be guarding it the next hour too. He continued sulking with Mizuki and Akito laughing at him. They suddenly stopped when they realized that Tsukasa's sulking is genuine.
When Tsukasa was let out, Mizuki and Akito apologized while clinging on him towards their booth "I'm not sulking at you, Rui is getting married." Tsukasa briefly explained, going inside their booth, quickly changing to his uniform. The duo thought about it for a moment before realizing that Tsukasa is jealous of the person Rui is getting married to.
They looked at each other and rushed away.

Tsukasa indeed attracted costumers inside with his butler suit and slicked back hair. He treated the costumers like royalties and talked sweetly to them. He noticed four people enter, two of them being Taniyama and Miyake, who seems to be having a friendly fight. He approached them just to spite Taniyama who's courting Miyake. "Greeting dear costumer, how many are you?" He asked, pretending to look at the door, he's still not looking up to the other two person they came with. "Oh! Just four!" Taniyama answered cheerfully. Oh? It seems like Tsukasa would annoy Taniyama too.
"I see, well then, I'l bring out the menu, enjoy yourselves dear gentlemen." He grabbed their hands, Tsukasa leaned down and kissed Miyake's hands first before doing the same to Taniyama, both turning red at the sudden gesture, he looked up to his left to see Hayashi smiling at his antics, he greeted Hayashi on the same way, he focused on the other male, realizing that it's Rui.
Rui looked stunned and kept staring at him. Tsukasa pouted, letting out a cute huff before spinning around, leaving them to their own devices. They went to a four chaired table wondering what's with Tsukasa. "Did you do something Rui? Sushi is mad at you!" Taniyama whispered, glancing at the said blonde who is approaching their table.
"Here is the menu for you gentlemen, please ring the bell if you're ready to order." Tsukasa sweetly instructed, walking away without looking at Rui. "Okay you definitely did something." Hayashi and Miyake pointed out in sync, making Rui frown. He's been well behaved this week, and he barely teased Tsukasa this day, what could he possibly did?
When Tsukasa's hour was over, he immediately ran up to the boy, hugging him tight. "Tsukasa-kun, talk to me." Rui dramatically whined, looking like idiots walking awkwardly, Tsukasa is out of the butler costume but his hair is still slicked back. Rui kissed his exposed temple in an attempt to cheer the blonde up. "I don't hit on married people sorry." Tsukasa pouted, looking away from Rui. The purplenette immediately gasped, switching his head from the other side but Tsukasa looked away. "So this is what it's all about? That's fake Tsukasa-kun! I will never marry Bea-chan!" Rui exclaimed, burying his head on the older's shoulders.
"I know that, I'm just... jealous." Tsukasa admitted, hiding his face with his hands. Rui is proud that the blonde can now communicate easily, but his heart skipped a beat when he found out the reason. He squealed quietly, squeezing Tsukasa in joy, he pulled him on the side as to not block any people's way, he turned the other to face him, the purplenette removed the other's hand, seeing him pout and frown cutely. "You have great genes Tsukasa-kun!" He complimented, the older frowned at the weird compliment, closing his eyes when Rui started pinching and pulling on his cheeks.
"So adorable! No need to get jealous Tsukasa-kun! I love love love love love you!" Rui exclaimed, even hopping a little, he giggled as Tsukasa remained still, letting him do what he wants to his face. They stayed silent there until Miyake and Hayashi suddenly grabbed their arms, dragging them without a word. Taniyama cheered behind them, his hands raised up on the air. "Woohoo! Go! Go! Go!" The greenlette encouraged, skipping on his steps.
Tsukasa groaned, knowing well that they're probably going to the jail booth, is what he expected so, why is he wearing a veil and holding flowers while Rui kept staring at him with red face infront of so many people? The host started spewing words like a priest and the part that he'd been dreading over came. "Now then, you may kiss the bride!" Just a second after the male's announcement, Rui immediately pulled him by his hand, shamelessly kissing him infront of the crowd. Hearing a few gossips. "No way! Kamishiro-san refused to kiss Nanami-san earlier, and he didn't even hesitate to kiss Tenma-san?" Tsukasa pulled away in shock, turning red. "Well, they're dating after all."
He slowly looked at the crowd to see Mizuki recording them. He flushed more as he hurriedly went down. Rui followed after him with a satisfied smile.

"Rui! What are you doing?" Tsukasa whined, being forced to wear Rui's sweater, it feels like he owns it more by the amount of time Rui made him wear it even on summer. "Come on! We don't have marriage rings so you need to wear this!" Rui insisted, wrapping the sweater around his shoulders. "For what reason? We'll get them soon." The blonde argued, the taller ignored how it made his heart warm just to push his jacket towards Tsukasa. "So that people knows I belong to you!" Rui exclaimed loudly, catching some student's attention. Tsukasa blushed at his explanation, finally accepting the jacket.
"Ehem! Please arrest Kamishiro Rui, thank you." The students heard from the speakers, the duo stared at each other. Rui was about to run away and hide when Tsukasa hugged his arm, looking up at him innocently. "Don't use your acting skills on me sweetheart! I'm about to get arrested!" Rui panicked when the people wearing cop costumes came near, the taller gently tried to pry himself off Tsukasa to no avail. The students eventually caught him, placing a toy handcuff on him and dragged him away.
The blonde flinched when two hands were placed on his shoulders, it was Mizuki and Akito, giving him a thumbs up. "Rui made Tsukasa jealous which is a very serious crime! So we had him arrested!" Mizuki explained, earning a heartful laugh from the blonde, looking pretty as always. They started to walk, deciding to pay Rui a visit.
Mizuki and Akito laughed while Tsukasa acted like a distressed wife, though he sometimes break character when he makes eye contact with Rui, his situation is too funny, the handcuff even stayed on him unlike the others. They continued this game until Rui was released, they waited for the handcuff to be removed.
Mizuki dragged Akito away with a peace sign, Tsukasa pulled the sleeves of Rui's sweater, wrapping his arms around Rui, guiding him around. "Hehe, welcome back dear." Tsukasa giggled, seeing Rui's pout. "We just sealed our vows and you let me get arrested? How cruel of you!" Rui dramatically complained, his hands going down to Tsukasa's waist, walking backwards to whatever Tsukasa plans.
The blonde kissed his jaw before moving away, confusing Rui, a student handcuffed him again; Tsukasa guided Rui on the circle which led him back to the makeshift jail, Rui's pout made Tsukasa cackle loudly, practically dying on the bench infront of the booth as he watched Rui get back inside a few seconds after being released. "BWAHAH! I love you my -pfft- darling!" Tsukasa continued cackling, Rui walking infront of him, a makeshift bar separating the two of them. "You should be thankful that I'm so down bad for you."
"Oh I am my love."

Akito and Mizuki are enjoying their juice and waffles having exhausted themselves on spending their money to jail people for fun. Mizuki sipped on her juice until they heard an announcement. "Please arrest Shinonome Akito and Akiyama Mizuki."
The duo looked at each other and on the approaching students. "Uh-oh."
