    Summary

There are very few cases that STARS is put on from the get-go. A slew of murders doesn't exactly qualify.

But Captain Wesker has more personal reasons for sinking his fangs into this case. When Officer Thomas is caught in the crossfire, a dangerous subject of society is revealed to her. She can either turn tail and run, or charge headfirst into a world of blood and lust.

Meg was never one to run from danger.

In which the author was a twi-hard in middle school and vampire Wesker was living in my head rent-free since, like, September or October of 2023.
