Summary
Fukuchi Ochi was a well-known war-hero, and war equalled murder. Jouno knew the vice-commander was a murderer, too. Teruko, like Jouno, seemed to enjoy the suffering of criminals through torture, and he’d become familiar with her streak of torturing criminals for months and then whining when they finally broke. He’d been on missions with her before; he had witnessed her kill.
Everyone in the Hunting Dogs was a murderer.
For some reason, he hadn’t made the connection that it made Tecchou a murderer, too.
