Summary
With Halsin and Astarion being the only two full-blooded elves, Astarion would only go into trance for about three hours at a time. That seemed to be the average time that a regular elf would trance, but Halsin would notice a momentary break, accompanied by a furrow of the brow and a soft, pained groan.
That night, though, Astarion seemed marginally more peaceful.
