Introduction: Stacy is Krus’ first cousin once removed and adopted daughter, the second cousin and adoptive sister of Ruv and Oleg, and the mother of Frank and Tsarina. She is one of the three main characters in HWAFL; the other two being Oleg and Krus.

Full name: Anastasia Krusvetovna Maximova

The left side of her face is gold while the right side is lavender and she has rainbow gradient eyes with silver snowflake-shaped pupils. Her hair is french-braided.

She wears a white sweater dress, a pastel yellow belt, and beige boots with ankle heels (yes, boots are a motif in this family lmao).

 

Personality

Growing up around Krus for 13 years was a big influence on her, leading her to grow into a kind, caring, humble, and compassionate young woman. She is easygoing and extremely intuitive; having already knew of her adoptive father’s mental health issues at a young age. Because of this, she is very sympathetic and has a soft spot towards people struggling with trauma and mental health issues and does whatever she can to help them. However, despite having pacifist beliefs that she generally upholds, she will NOT hesitate to fight and/or hurt someone if she sees that there is no other option. She DOES regret it after, though.

She is hardworking and loyal to those close to her and will do anything to help them. However, she knows when to stop and how to set boundaries, so she doesn’t overwork herself. She also has a talent and passion for singing and songwriting and has a “vibe” that melts even the coldest of hearts and makes people (either unconsciously or subconsciously) break down their walls when they’re interacting with her.

Facts about her

1. I took a bit of inspiration for her character from Ai Hoshino (Oshi No Ko) and Anya Forger (Spy x Family) (pretty sure the adoptive daughter storyline, the love for peanuts, and the eyes gave it away).

2. Her rainbow-colored eyes are a symbol of her being a rainbow baby. Also, certain parts of her eyes glow depending on how she’s feeling.

  • Sad = Blue
  • Happy = Yellow
  • Love = Pink
  • Fear = Purple
  • Disgust = Green
  • Anger/Frustration = Red and Orange

3. The shape of her pupils is meant to symbolize the cold, winter environment she was born in and also to contrast her rainbow eyes.

  • Her pupils also glow when she’s around the people she cares about.
  • Her pupils become black if/when she hates the person (which is a rarity for her).

4. She is bi.

5. She reads erotic romance novels and has a whole damn bookshelf of them in her room.

6. She was born in Moscow.

7. Her birthday is the same day TNGG (Today is Not a Gift of God) by BitchSlut was published.

  • Her height and weight alludes to this, as she was born on the 7th of November; the 11th month of the year (7’11, 171).

7. The color scheme of her clothing contrasts that of her father’s.

8. Her favorite color is white.

9. She filmed a VHS tape for her father when she was 9, intending to give it to him on Father’s Day. However, before she could, Rsch accidentally destroyed it and profusely apologized to the young girl after realizing her mistake.

  • What was in the tape was a video of her in the living room early in the morning and giving a speech to her father.
  • What she said in the speech was this:

“Hi papachka! I know you’re probably going to be mad at me for doing this and still being awake at midnight, but I’m wearing your favorite color; gray! I hope that cheers you up and makes you not mad at me anymore. Anyways, after seeing you being mean to yourself, I knew I just had to record this.”

“I want you to know that you are an amazing papa and that you’re the best parent anyone could ever ask for! I want you to know that me and mamachka love you and that we’ll always be here for you when you need us. You’re worth it, even if you don’t think you are, and you deserve a better life. I’m not letting you die just yet. You will die when you’re a dedushka, lying down on a warm bed with me and mamachka by your side. I will make sure that you don’t cut your life short and that you will die of natural causes, okay? Okay. We love you, even if you don’t love yourself, and…that’s all I have to say. Happy Father’s Day, papachka!”

10. Like in FNF4ever’s universe, in this fic, America’s clothing, shoes, buildings, houses, etc. cater to people of ALL shapes and sizes (even those as tall as Taki), so finding clothing and shoes isn’t very hard for her and her family.

11. She and her father at polyglots. They know almost every European language as well as English.

12. One time, a 10-year-old Rasazy had walked in on Sarv and Ruv after they did the d and asked her aunt how she could unsee it, to which she answered; “You don’t. It’s just gonna be stuck in your head for the rest of your life.”

  • She knows this from experience, as she too had walked in on the aftermath of her parents’ lovemaking when she was Rasazy’s age.

13. When she had her first period, it was literally while Krus was on patrol. Her other adoptive brother noticed and pointed it out to their father once the criminal he and his colleagues were after was arrested.

  • No one panicked, as Krus researched about the male AND female stages of puberty and educated his adopted children on puberty beforehand.
  • She did not have extra clothes and she’s one of those girls/women with dysmenorrhea, so Krus had to leave early so she could wash up and change clothes and so that he and Rsch could take care of her.

14. When she was younger, she was so brutally honest that when Rsch moved in with them and their adoptive father, she told the criminal that she “smelled like trash.” Rsch was not offended by this and laughed, while Krus made her apologize (Rsch forgave her) and lectured her about it.

15. Her favorite food is Beef Stroganov.

16. Every time it’s her or another character’s birthday, Selever disappears, then reappears when they least expect it and says: “HAPPY COMING OUT OF THE WOMB DAY [insert insulting nickname]!” before setting off a confetti canon.

  • While it is appreciated, they wish that Selever would stop “giving them heart attacks” and choose a better way to greet them a happy birthday.

17. Back when she was a child, she would always cling onto Krus as she slept.

  • When Rsch first started living with them, they had a fight over who would be spooned by Krus as they slept.
  • An amused and slightly annoyed Krus made a compromise with them; Rsch would lie down on his chest and Stacy would snuggle up to his arm. Both parties were fine with this.

18. She watches slime ASMR videos as a hobby.

19. Her hair was naturally curly. However, her captor, who was a witch, used a spell to permanently make it straight.

  • She might get her hair curled/permed somewhere in the fic.

20. She can sing and is a contralto (she lowww).

21. She uses an iPhone SE (3rd generation model) with a Starlight frame and a clear phone case with kittens all over it.

  • Her password is 111213, which is basically her adoptive father’s initials (K.L.M) in numbers. K is the 11th letter of the alphabet, L is the 12th letter of the alphabet, and M is the 13th letter of the alphabet.
  • Her wallpaper is a group picture of her, her adoptive brothers, her adoptive father, and her mother figure/her adoptive father’s girlfriend (before the latter two died) and a group picture of her, her adoptive brothers, her sister-in-law, and her niece and nephew (when the latter two were in their adolescent years) side by side.

22. She is a Xennial and was born in 1980.

23. Even if he doesn’t admit it, Krus LOVED carrying her and giving her piggyback rides when she was younger and was a bit sad when she became too old for that, but got over it, knowing that everyone grows up eventually and that you just have to accept that and move on.

24. When she was 3, she asked Krus where her mother was, and he, not knowing how to reply, replied; “Your mother…went to the store to get some milk and should be back soon”

  • She believed this lie up until she was 6.

25. She likes jewelry and had always been jealous when she saw rich women wearing jewelry when she was younger.

26. Her biological grandmother is Iris (Greek goddess and personification of the 🌈).

  • Iris had a drunken affair, which led to the conception of her biological mom.

  • She has to travel back a certain amount of days or years once a month because if she doesn’t, she’ll randomly get transported to a certain time.

30. Frank only stays with her at nighttime. The only time he stays with her in the daytime is if it’s important.

  • Interactions between them go from this:

  • She cuddles Frank to sleep. He tries to act like he hates it, but secretly loves it. He just refuses to admit it.
  • Frank rests his head on top of hers when they’re cuddling.

31. Her dynamic with her siblings:

  • With Ruv: chill, rarely ever fight
  • With Oleg: sensitive lil’ bro and motherly, caring older sister who would be pissed if you bullied him (but would just give you a look but wouldn’t resort to physical violence)

32. She hates cereal partially because she doesn’t like how it feels in her mouth and partially because some people associate her with cornflakes.

  • She hates it so much so to the point where, when Selever accidentally turned her back into a preschooler when he was 10, she kicked poor Ruv in the nuts when he forced her to eat cereal.

34. When she and Ol were teenagers, they cuddled once a week.

35. She and Ruv are terrible at cooking; Ol is the only one among the three siblings who can cook decently.

Introduction: Oleg is Krus’ nephew and adopted son and is the cousin and adoptive brother of Ruv and Stacy. He is one of the three main characters in HWAFL; the other two being Krus and Stacy.

The top part of his face is taupe and the bottom part is white. He wears a pink oversized sweater, light wash jeans, and pink sneakers with mint green soles and laces. Albeit not noticeable due to his baggy clothing, he is on the slightly chubbier side. (I'M OBSESSED WIFH HIS NEW DESIGN I CAN IMAGINE IT AND IT MAKES HIM SO DAMN CUTE (at least in my opinion) AAAAAH)

 

Personality

He wears his heart out on his sleeve and is a bit more prone to crying than the rest of his family, which they (even Krus) don’t judge him for. Due to his uncle/adoptive father not wanting him and his sister to feel the same way he (his father) does, he (Oleg) and his sister were taught to be themselves and to let themselves cry whenever they felt like crying no matter what people thought. While they are thankful for this, they wish their father wouldn’t be so hypocritical and would actually follow his own advice.

Ironically, like Stacy, he generally upholds pacifist beliefs and HATES gore, but will engage in conflict when he gets angry to that point. However, this doesn't mean that he doesn't end up regretting it in the aftermath of it.

He is a sensitive individual, but he can stand up for himself and those he cares about and is there for his loved ones at their darkest and tries to lift them up when they’re feeling blue (and vice versa).

He is not very confident when it comes to flirting and asking men out, but still tries. He is also artistic, with a love for singing and guitar (especially singing).

Facts about him

1. One of the two reasons I made him was to slap sexism and gender stereotypes in the face, flip it off, spit on its face, and tell it; “FUCK YOU!!” ‘cause there are people out there who need to know that there are some men who can like colors associated with “femininity” (and vice versa), who can also be artistic, who can also be prone to crying, and that’s okay.

  • Another reason I made him was ‘cause my 13-year-old cousin gets bullied for not fitting into the male stereotypes and I wanted to make a character for him to relate with in terms of personality. (I showed Oleg to him and he cried, thanked me, and hugged me. That was one of the best days of my life. ❤️❤️❤️)

2. He is an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person).

  • He knows that there is therapy to manage it, but he prefers turning to those close to him for help.
  • He is not against therapy, but doesn’t think it’s for him, so he doesn’t take it.

3. He is trans and gay.

  • When he had his transmasc awakening at the age of 12, he felt as if something was wrong with him and broke down, thinking that his relatives would hate him.
  • Thankfully, Rsch, Krus, and Stacy still supported him (even if they didn't fully understand it) and helped with his transition. (Hillbilly, Marie, and Jerry helped with the transition too)
  • He requested to be called Oleg and not Olga anymore (which most of his family and friends complied with) and eventually legally changed his name to Oleg sometime after his nieces and nephew were born.
  • He takes HRT but does not wear a binder due to his oversized tops being enough to cover his chest and also because wearing it (a binder) makes him feel uncomfortable.

4. Like how the color scheme of his sister’s clothes contrasts that of his father’s clothes; his personality contrasts his father’s personality.

  • This symbolizes how he and Stacy deal with their feelings differently than their father does due to how differently they were raised.
  • Krus was raised in an oppressive and sexist environment, which led him to grow into a man who bottles shit up.
  • Hypocritically, he taught and encouraged his children to be open about their feelings because he doesn’t want them to experience the same pain he does, and they grew to be people who put others before themselves like their father does, but, unlike him, seek help when they need it and have an easier time opening up.
  • They didn’t understand this at first and thought that it was just hard to make their father cry, but when they found out about his deteriorating mental health, they realized that he is always on the verge of crying and breaking down, but (sadly) does a great job at hiding it.

5. His fav color is pink.

6. He and his sister’s biggest regret in life is not being able to help Krus with his mental health before he was murdered.

7. He shaves his face often because he likes himself better without his facial hair, which grows back in the span of 2 days. (HRT for trans men can cause facial hair growth)

8. His fav food is Pirozhkis (I haven’t tried ‘em, but they look so delicious).

9. He was just as (if not more) clingy to Krus as Stacy was.

15. Oizys, the Greek goddess of depression and misery, is his great-grandmother, and had his grandfather with a mortal man.

  • Upon finding out of he and his siblings’ divine heritage, he fainted.

16. He has a suspicion that his bio father might be Zeus or Poseidon, as they are known for their not-so-consensual affairs with women.

17. After his father’s first date with Rsch, he said to her; “Out of all the 14 women papachka’s taken interest in, you’re the best one. Please take care of him and don’t be unfaithful to him.”

  • Rsch laughed, gave Oleg a pat on the head, and promised that she’ll take care of him and won’t be unfaithful while Krus began blushing and sputtering, not knowing what to say to reply to that and Stacy started laughing her ass off.
  • Rsch and Krus were genuinely shocked that Oleg even counted while Stacy wasn’t ‘cause she also counted.

18. Whenever his father and his exes broke up, he’d sneak in to their houses and purposefully break their windows and throw something at them because he knows that it was ‘cause they broke his heart.

  • He has never been caught even once and not even his father and adoptive sister (who have been with him for as long as he could remember) knew.
  • The only one who knows he did this was himself. No one else.

19. He and Krus both have a distaste for coffee, but still drink it on occasion. If their coffee doesn’t have 5-10 spoons of sugar, they will NOT drink it.

  • However, Krus ironically depends on it when he comes home late and doesn’t get to have 8 hours of sleep to get him through work while Oleg just drinks it when he feels like it, but does not have a dependence on it.
  • Krus doesn’t get how Young Oleg and Young Stacy were always so active and would stay awake throughout his whole shift without sweets or coffee because he wasn’t like that even as a kid.

20. He was frequently bullied as a child due to crying a lot, his transition from female to male, and for being gay.

  • It got so bad to the point where his father had to stop him from killing himself.
  • Thankfully, with support from his family, he's doing a lot better.

21. Frank is the only one in his family who hates him and wants him dead.

22. His dynamic with his siblings:

  • With Ruv: sensitive older sibling and protective younger sibling who wouldn’t hesitate to break your legs (or worse) if you bully him.
  • With Stacy: sensitive younger sibling and older sibling who will be pissed at anyone who bullies her ‘lil bro (but won’t resort to violence unless you crossed a line).

23. His internal organs are forever regenerating, so if he were to get disemboweled, his organs would just…go back.

  • In this canon, Krus also has this ability (with his nuts also having that regeneration factor), but is unaware of it.

24. He love Starbucks so much so to the point that he’s practically addicted to it.

25. He and Stacy learned about sex when they were toddlers and immediately understood it because of how damn precocious they were as children.

26. He learned how to break someone’s arm when he was 11.

27. He is patriotic towards Russia, America, and Greece.

28. He goes NUTS over men who are older than him. Even the SLIGHTEST age difference (as long as his partner is also a consenting adult) just makes him go goo-goo-gaga.

  • Disclaimer: That ain’t the only thing he looks for in romantic partners, dw.

29. Unless he’s at a club or a bar, he generally doesn’t lay off on booze and will usually drink if someone offers him a drink (the only exception to that is beer).

30. He hates soy to a childish degree and will always refuse to drink it no matter what.

  • In my canon, Ruv loves soy and once tried to force his brother to drink soy, getting punched in the face in process.
  • Oleg was bawling his eyes out as he had Ruv in a bone-crushing hug and was apologizing over and over.
  • Ruv already forgave him, but Oleg doesn’t forgive himself no matter how many years has passed since then.

Personality

Upon first glance, Krus is shown to be composed, uptight, and a goody-two-shoes; never showing any sign of sadness, restrained even in moments of anger, and showing anxiousness around Sarv. However, all of that is just a facade to hide how he truly is on the inside.

Under that facade, he is in a lot of emotional turmoil and mental anguish. He was raised and conditioned to believe that anything bad involving him was his fault and thinks negatively of himself due to that. He tries to keep his head up high and, despite hypocritical teaching his children to let themselves cry and open up, doesn't do the same for himself, much to their chagrin.

He feels as if he has to stay strong for everyone and conforms himself to please those he loves, only for a majority of them to end up leaving him when he needed them most. Despite feeling as though he is not worthy of love, he is still touch-starved as hell and clings onto those he is close with; only letting go when they leave first.

Behind closed doors, he also has masochistic tendencies induced by years of trauma, self-loathing, and a slightly warped perception of love. Over the years, he has become so horribly depressed to the point of considering suicide.

However, this will not last forever. After some family drama and potential public humiliations, he will slowly, but surely get better and get the happy ending for himself that was long overdue.

Even though this is so, he still cares about Stacy and Patrick and has a soft spot for children. However, despite this, he sees Stacy as a demon (when in reality she's not) and would kill her if it meant being successful due to having a "purpose over love" logic.

He believes in what is seen as "traditional masculinity" and hates Oleg because he does not live up to those stereotypes and doesn't try to. He believes that respect should he earned and not deserved and is scared of nothing except for Butcher/William.

 

Backstory

Due to Frank not really opening up to anyone that much, there is only scraps of his past that Stacy knows.

His biological father kinda went missing at one point and his mom remarried. However, the man was an asshole and Frank killed him, which subsequently led to her killing herself.

After that, he ran away; eventually meeting and befriending Pat and getting adopted by Stacy.

Personality

Like her mom, she is hard working, loyal to those she cares about, good at singing, and will not hesitate to hurt anyone if it is necessary and/or they anger her to that point. However, she does not regret hurting those she hates. Despite not being directly related to them, her power is said to be at the same (if not higher) level as Hecate, Circe, and Medea.

Like her dad, she can be quite prone to holding grudges and doesn’t leave any ounce of respect to those she hates, but is still a caring person at heart. Speaking of her dad, her father doesn’t think her mother deserves to be a parent and tried and failed to get her away from her mom when she was born. Because of this, she doesn’t like him one bit and is thankful that her parents didn’t agree on joint custody of her.

Being solely in Stacy’s custody and not having a father figure never really bothered her because she is a firm believer that people can thrive without a father figure (which is true) and is perfectly fine with just one parent and some relatives taking care of her. She has such a strong love for her mom to the point where if someone shits on her mom, she will make their lives a living hell and will not stop until they’ve lost everything.

She is much more cruel, sadistic, and aggressive than her canon counterpart, frequently shitting on her family and their allies and unafraid to say that she hates her family right in front of them. She is more chill with LGBTQ+ people and doesn't give a shit about them, but isn't averse to bodyshaming and slut-shaming.

However, due to abandonment issues stemming from her parents' and cousins' deaths and her aunt and uncle disowning and kicking her and her siblings out of the house, she seeks the love she felt she had too little of through romantic and sexual validation and is not above manipulating her love interests and acting nice to her family in front of them to prevent them from breaking up with her. She is also a nymphomaniac and will not hesitate to kill the men she's gotten with when she feels that they cannot satisfy her and/or find out her true colors.

  • She is the eldest child in canon while being the middle child in this AU.

Backstory

Her mom and her dad were married, but her dad eventually died when she was 4. After her father's death, her mom began to grow cold towards her, but treated her nicely in front of others.

She visited her uncle and cousins every week, eventually seeing her uncle as a father figure and being devastated when he died and Stacy, Oleg, and Ruv went missing.

When she grew up, she tried to move out, only for Sera to threaten to kill Medovik if she didn't stay, leaving Wik no choice but to stay.

She eventually took up work as a hitwoman, as killing people was a good stress reliever.

Backstory

Unlike in canon, Sera didn't give him up for adoption, but still forces him to hide himself being intersex. He is very close with his cousins and also ships them with their (his cousins') love interests.
