Chapter Text
The second to last thing Yejun expected how this night would end was not him being pushed up against a wall, making out with Han Noah. The last thing he expected was that he enjoyed it.
The night started off simple. A team dinner, herald by William, VLAST’s dear CEO, thanking the team for another successful comeback. Plave’s segment aired on Show! Music Core, and the great response from the fans was merely a cherry on top of the cake. Drinks flowed, while food was devoured.
A few hours into the night, the company packed up and headed home, but their manager stopped by one last time before he called himself a cab.
“You have off tomorrow. Enjoy. We’ll catch you up with everything else on Thursday,” he smiled before shrugging his jacket on.
Yejun looked at his friends. PLAVE. The four other members that made this group so strong. The four other members were opening another bottle of soju, and pouring it into their glasses. “We’ll see each other soon. Thank you.”
Bamby, Eunho, Hamin, and Noah all said their respective proper goodbyes before Bamby distributed their glasses.
“The suits and ties are gone and we can finally relax some more,” Bamby smiled.
“To think of it, I rarely see the staff wear suits or ties,” Hamin said before taking his glass.
“Why do we keep talking when we have the good stuff right in front of us?” Noah sighed. “Yejun, stop making sure the manager can walk, he is perfectly fine.”
“Alright, alright. Where’s my glass?” Yejun asked.
“Here’s yours,” Eunho slid over his respective glass. He held his up first. “To our comeback.”
Everyone cheered their glasses together, and repeated.
And repeated.
And repeated.
And repeated.
Until the restaurant manager came to the table and put the bill on the table. “Time to go, guys. Grab a cab.”
The air was chilly, but the spring air was definitely coming around. They all were bundled up still, them not risking getting colds right when they have to sing more than usual.
“Does everyone have their ways of getting home?” Yejun kept his words together.
“The next bus leaves in five minutes,” Hamin declared. “Have a good night, hyungs.”
“Eunho and I are walking the same way -” Bamby started.
“I’m just gonna crash on his floor,” Eunho stated.
“Why do you always interrupt me -” Bamby sighed.
“You always interrupt me, even on lives -” Eunho said back.
“Okay, okay, we get it, we get it,” Noah stopped the fight before it got worse. “Go sleep on the floor like the strange person you are. Why don’t you just sleep in Bamby’s bed?”
“I’ve already done that, and it may be the worst bed ever,” Eunho corrected.
Noah rolled his eyes. “Well get yourself back to Bamby’s floor to sleep off this alcohol. Don’t steal Bamby’s shorts again.”
“It was one time!” Eunho yelled as he and Bamby walked away from Yejun and Noah.
“Ah, you know what that is?” Noah turned to Yejun.
“What is it?” Yejun asked.
“Quiet from all the kids,” he smiled. “Are you going home too?”
“I’m actually hungry,” Yejun rolled on his feet.
“Are you going to go to another restaurant?” Noah laughed.
“No, no. Just going to grab some food at the corner store,” Yejun laughed. “I’m slurring my words aren’t I?”
“Yejun, you seem like the most sober between the five of us, because I certainly am not.”
“Do you want to join me?” Yejun pushed his hands deeper into his coat’s pockets.
“Absolutely,” Noah smiled.
