    In the early 1970s, ambitious auteur filmmaker Thomas Zane approaches Odin Anderson, frontman for the up-and-coming heavy metal band Old Gods of Asgard, with an intriguing proposition to create and perform the soundtrack for Zane's next film. An epic collaboration ensues, but as time wears on, Odin finds himself in danger of breaking his number one rule: no mixing business with pleasure.
