   As new Supreme Archangel, Aziraphale gets to work in heaven and tries his best to do genuine good. One of his contributions is convincing heaven not to attempt a second apocalypse, and instead to try out a new Messiah amongst humanity to spread good. No one is brave enough to deliver the precious cargo, so Aziraphale himself is tasked with finding a new "Mary" to carry the second coming of Christ. Instead, he runs into his old friend... if said demon would even allow him to call him that anymore, and things take a turn for the worst. During an innocent attempt to save Crowley from inconvenient discorporation, Aziraphale accidentally impregnates Crowley with the Messiah-a child impossible to miracle away and which can only be carried by a traditional human pregnancy. Now he must attempt to help prepare Crowley for birthing the next "King of Kings" (or Queens, Crowley corrects), while mending a very broken relationship between the two of them.
