   Summary

   Commander Phillip Graves takes his best Shadow Operatives to take out a terrifying threat. A small group of Ultra-Nationalist terrorists led by Vladimir Makarov set up base in a large and ominous cave and are believed to be mapping out a plan that would bring about mass destruction and death. Every team that has been sent to take them down, never came back and the few remains found just outside their base were mangled beyond recognition. What was really happening?
