Cristiano Ronaldo managed to get swooped up by Ajax in 2003, he was one of the only Omegas on the team, he had everyone's eye and he knew it— so he took advantage of that. Then, when he's with Zlatan, he goes into heat, of course he does. Of course it's with him.
