“Hi” Annabel said, before she leaned in and pressed a kiss to Lenore’s lips.
It was short and sweet, but it left Lenore grinning like a madwoman, her troubles thrown out the door from just one kiss from her soulmate.
“Hi, Angel.” She murmured back, her voice soft and low, as if she were trying not to spook a cat.
