Another month, another meet-up. Jihoon swears he doesn’t want to join today. The omega feels like he’s gonna pass out anytime soon but it’s not easy for all 13 of them to meet. His friends will definitely understand him if he decides to sit out of the meet-up. But oh he just doesn’t have the heart to do so not when little Namhyuk and Haneul are joining them tonight. “Babe?” he heard Soonyoung's voice.
“Are you sure you can handle tonight?” the alpha said, standing beside Jihoon -who is trying his best not to faint at the moment- and he felt it coming. If he indeed throws up in 5 seconds, that’ll be his 7th time today. “Young-ah I- bathroom” Jihoon practically RUN to their shared bathroom and threw everything he had eaten that day. Soonyoung patted at the back of his omega’s, whispering sweet nothings into his ears.
7th time throwing up in a day and it's not even 8 pm yet. Jihoon is tired. But he doesn’t want to miss their meet-up today. And so he cried. Cried from frustration, from exhaustion, from how hurt his head is due to thinking too much. He almost wailed when Soonyoung stood up to clean him up. But the alpha managed to calm his husband down. “Let’s just stay in today,” he said. And Jihoon noticed it was not a favour but rather an order.
The husbands sat on the floor for a while. They know they should’ve gotten up and sat somewhere else that is comfier than the bathroom’s cold tiles. But the omega just doesn’t seem to want to stand up. “I’ll carry you to the bed, kay?” Soonyoung said as he kissed Jihoon’s temple. When his alpha carried him, he take the chance to stuff his face right onto Soonyoung’s scent gland. These days, Jihoon really believed he could live on his alpha’s lime basil and mandarin scent.
Want to throws up? Shove his face into Soonyoung’s neck. Hungry? Just inhaled a good amount of the alpha’s scent. Delicious. It makes him full unlike those foods that ended with throwing up. Can’t sleep? Hug Soonyoung closer and inhaled his scent. And Soonyoung can’t really say anything as he loves the sudden attention that Jihoon is giving him.
“Do you want anything?” the alpha asked, carefully lowering his body on the bed before placing his omega down. Jihoon whined at the lost of contact -he was about to sleep!- “I want you. Please just stay here” the omega said, eyes getting watery. Soonyoung smiled at his husband’s antics. While he really love this Jihoon, the alpha actually missed the other Jihoon. They are the same but different.
The other Jihoon acted as if he didn’t want anything to do with Soonyoung but cried on their wedding day as he said “Yes, I do”. The Jihoon that got worried over Soonyoung’s fingers when he accidentally clenched on them way too hard during his heat. The silly tsundere Jihoon. “I’ll bring you some water, wait here, okay?” the omega whined again. “I need you not the water” Jihoon whined slightly getting annoyed.
Well who is Soonyoung to say no to such request? And so, the alpha giddily jumped on the bed, pulling the duvet to cover both of their bodies. Jihoon didn’t waste any second of it and shove his face right into Soonyoung’s scent gland. “I’m bored” the omega said. “Kwon Ji” he said again making the alpha tilt his head. “Kwon from you, Ji from me. For the third one just add anything” and by now, safe to say that the alpha is confused.
“Our baby’s name, dummy” The omega said noticing the weirded-out expression from his alpha who went “aaaa” at the explanation. It was so sudden. It make the alpha stunned at the moment. I mean, hey Jihoon is random but to be THIS random? Yea, Soonyoung is thinking that this might not even be Jihoon. It must be someone else.

The couple heard the bells. Since they didn’t get to join them yesterday, their friends decide to come visit him instead. Wanting their little -actually a big one- family to gather -Especially Jeonghan, the unofficial head alpha- “Uncle!” the cheerful voices of Namhyuk and Haneul rang through the home. Jihoon opened the door, welcoming them inside. The quiet home is now filled with noises and it make him happy.
Out of all their friend, Soonyoung and Jihoon are the only one that doesn’t live in an apartment. They have a pretty large backyard which also have a little barbeque corner. And so, all of the alphas gather at the back, setting the barbeque place up. Mingyu and Soonyoung are in charge of lighting the fire because they are the only one that have the patience of standing in front of the barrel for a long time. Jeonghan is mostly the one that won’t get close to the barrel because the smoke will remind him of his dear cigarette -he had stop smoking now, blessed him-
Both Haneul and Namhyuk is playing with each other, running around the backyard. The younger omegas -Seungkwan and Seokmin- and betas -Minghao and Chan- sometimes chased the children and played with them while the older omegas -Seungcheol, Wonwoo and Jihoon- sat in the living room, talking with each other. In Jisoo’s eyes this are a perfect view. Having his fellow alphas cooking for their family, seeing their omegas having their own time talking about everything.
But its not complete. “Did someone see Hansol and Junhui?” he asked. “Me! I saw Uncle Sol in the cat’s room” Haneul answered, her eyes are now stuck on the meat that is being grilled. Of course, they are in the cat’s room. Of course. Namhyuk is sitting beside her, but his eyes keep travelling on Jihoon. Soonyoung who saw it approach the little one and sit beside him. “Hyukie, are you okay?” the alpha said, playing with the child’s hair.
Between Namhyuk and Haneul, Namhyuk is the introverted one. He is a shy omega while Haneul is the loud and hyper alpha. Namhyuk is a total chip off the old block of Seungcheol. A shy little thing. So, to see him taking more than 15 seconds to answer his uncle’s question is understandable. “I’m okay. Can I sit with Uncle Hoon?” he looked up -straight into Soonyoung eyes with a cold stare, the alpha almost jumped- “Sure, do you want me to carry you?” the little omega nods his head.
He brings Namhyuk in, and placed him right beside Jihoon. It was a weird scene to see considering both of them is a mess duo of introverts, but Seungcheol can’t help but coo at the way his son is looking at Jihoon. He looks like he is going to brag at the older omega how his appa bought him a new book about insect yesterday. “Uncle. Do you know that insect lay egg?” he was right. Jihoon nods his head. “Us humans don’t lay egg but we got pregnant.” Jihoon nod his head again.
“I think you are pregnant” Seungcheol stare at his son. Junhui and Hansol who just got out of the cat’s room stood frozen like a sim behind the sofa. Did they heard it right? More so, how did a simple question about insect got them here? Namhyuk reached forward to touch Jihoon’s tummy. “Whoa! There’s tw-“ he was stopped when Jeonghan suddenly carried him “Okay, enough. Hyukie, that is not nice” he said softly to his son.
Seungcheol instantly got on his feet, sitting beside Jihoon. “I’m sorry about that he keep doing it since we- Wait are you crying?” the omegas are now concerned. Wonwoo is panicking, trying to find tissues or anything that can wipe his friend’s tears -that is streaming fatly down his face right now- “Hyukie” Jihoon said, turning his body at Namhyuk who is still clueless at how his words is not a nice thing to say when he is telling the truth!
“Am I really pregnant?” he asked the child. Namhyuk began to struggle in Jeonghan’s arms, asking to be put down. He went straight to sit beside Jihoon. “I mean, I don’t want to say it at first. But I do think you are preggy.” the little omega pout while saying it. Making Jihoon feels sorry for crying in front of him. He couldn’t find the right word to say -and so does the author- so instead, he hugged Namhyuk; who returned the hug.
His tiny hands draw random shapes at Jihoon’s back. -he doesn’t understand what will happen if you do that, but he saw his appa does that a lot to his eomma and it helped him to calm down- Junhui cleared his throat. He hands something to Jihoon. “I happened to have it in my bag. 4 of them actually. You can have two of them” A FUCKING PREGNANCY TEST. Minghao is literally hiding himself behind Mingyu right now. Seokmin and Wonwoo burst out laughing. Classic Junhui moment.
“You ‘happened’ to have 4 of these in your bag?” Jihoon asked. Half crying, half laughing -I mean who wouldn’t?!- Really though, he prepares them in his bag because this isn’t the first time where he witness someone wanting to know or asking themselves if they are pregnant. And he is honestly sick of having his coworkers be all ‘You think I’m pregnant?’ so now, he just shove them in front of their faces. Things happen and it is quite funny when he thinks about it again.
While all of them are over the moon about the news, Soonyoung is the one that haven’t said anything. Mingyu dragged him to sit on down, in case the alpha decide to faint or anything. Mingyu keep his eyes on Soonyoung. For someone who is expecting a baby, the older alpha is awfully quiet and considering how loud -and emotionally- he is, it’s concerning to see him like this.
“Hey. You good?” Mingyu finally asked the alpha now that Jihoon is off to the bathroom -all of the omegas are with him- “I don’t know.” A short answer. Okay now, he is panicking. Jeonghan who had also been looking at him is now sitting in front of them. “You wanna talk? Like from alpha to alpha?” the oldest ask while stuffing his mouth with meats. “I think I failed” he began, gulping down a shot glass of soju.
“He’s been weird lately. Like these past weeks he keep throwing up, change of behaviour. I- I didn’t catch on about pregnancy. Because you know how he is. Sometimes fatigue take over his body more than it should.” Another gulp of soju and Mingyu think it’s time to put the bottle away. He doesn’t want the older alpha to be drunk. Not right now at least. “I’m ashamed. Simply put.” 2 words that is enough to make the other 2 alphas understand.
How can he not? Jihoon probably already suspecting about his own pregnancy so maybe that’s the reason the ‘Kwon Ji’ thingy come outta his mouth yesterday. And today, a 4 years old kid somehow find out about his own mate’s pregnancy before he does. Of course, he is ashamed. But the alpha in him can’t stop howling out of happiness. Their omega is now pregnant. It’s enough to erase the guilty but it just doesn’t sit right with Soonyoung. That is why he is like this.
“Maybe his pregnancy don’t even reach 6 weeks yet. It’s okay to be ashamed.” Jeonghan said, handling a cup of whiskey to him. “But please don’t make that face in front of Jihoon when he come out. You are going to make him upset” Soonyoung chucked down the whiskey in one go. -Mingyu almost screamed-

“Pee in the cup, dip it, wait few minutes” Seungcheol said as he prepare the cup for Jihoon. The explanation make Wonwoo and Seungkwan give a judging look toward the older. “You explain it in a way that is so wooo, hyung” Seokmin said, breaking the silence. Jihoon stare at the test, contemplating on either to do it or just go to the doctor. But since all of his friends are here, he brave himself up and do it.
All of the omegas are beside him as they wait for the result and honestly 7 minutes do feel longer when you wait and count. Wonwoo distract the omega by playing him a video about Nanami dying -not a good choice but it make Jihoon rambled on how even though he know Nanami is going to be dead in the manga, it still hurt to know that he is no longer alive- And the alarm blared to the room. Everyone hold their breath -except Jihoon and Wonwoo because the smaller omega is now talking about wanting to tie his hair like Geto-
“Oh my god Wonwoo turn that off. You have to check it, Jihoonie” Seungcheol said. They went frozen for a while. “Already?” the other omega in the room nods their head. Seokmin encourage him to peek at it first. Or maybe have either him or Seungcheol looked at it if he’s not ready. Jihoon hold both of the test pack in his hand and turn them around.
POSITIVE it read on the right one and PREGNANT+ on the left one.
The omega wailed out loud, dramatically sitting on the floor. He let go of the test and cupped his face. Seungcheol almost run to the test pack. “We are having more babies” the oldest announce, hugging Jihoon in the meantime. “Let’s go tell the other, hmm” Almost all of them is a crying mess at the moment and telling the others about this is definitely going to cause more damage to their nose. But who cares. Good things must be share.
“Young-ah” Jihoon wailed out his mate’s name. Soonyoung spring onto his feet, making his way to Jihoon -who is coming to the living room escorted by fellow omegas. It’s a cute sight- he instantly hugged Jihoon. Soonyoung don’t even bother to listen to the answer, he just hugged the living out of Jihoon. The omega whined. He take it as a cue to stop hugging the omega. “I’m preggy. You knocked me up Young-ie” Jihoon said.
Seungcheol is having cuteness aggression. If not for Jeonghan holding him by his waist now, the omega probably run to pinch Jihoon’s cheeks. Soonyoung hold Jihoon by his waist and kiss Jihoon’s nose. -in which the omega grumble because SNOT- “thank you Jihoon-ah. I’m lost at words right now. We will to the doctors tomorrow. Today I just want to be with you. I’m so happy, baby” Soonyoung said, he’s close to tears now.

Chan, Haneul and Namhyuk are sitting at the dining table munching away on warm beefs. Namhyuk is looking over his parents and uncles. He don’t understand why are they so emotional all he know is that there are going to be more kids in this family and he is happy. “How did you know?” Haneul ask, mouth full with corn. “Don’t talk when your mouth is full” the oldest among them said. “I don’t know how I know. I can feel it” Haneul hummed at the answer.
Chan looked at his hyungs. All of them looked so happy it make his cheeks hurting from smiling. Its been 4 years since Haneul and Namhyuk are born and he can already tell that the baby is going to be the sunshine of their family. He stand up, making his way to hug Jihoon. "Congrats hyungie" he said to the shorter one.
Haneul stop munching. She looked at Namhyuk. “So 2 babies?” she asked, earning a nod from the little omega.
