Summary
Children are like pristine glass: every interaction leaves a mark on them. Parents leave the biggest marks and the deepest wounds. Not all wounds are intentional, but they are there, waiting for the right time to show their ugly face. As a child, Octavia didn’t understand what Stolas’ muted magic means.
