Beru still couldn’t believe how beautiful the palace was. As she walked the seemingly endless halls each mystified her with art of the likes she had never even imagined before leaving Tatooine. But now her days were filled with endless wonder.
Part of her missed her homeworld. But Alderaan was so much safer for Luke. And he got to be with his twin.
They had let her and Owen come along with Luke. She would always be grateful for not losing her nephew.
For gaining the beauty of this place.
For the grace and love that the queen showed her.
