Summary
On paper, Gyu Vin seems to have his life together: a generous monthly paycheck from his nine to five office job, a lavish apartment on the seventh floor of a skyscraper, tight-knit group of friends and family and a girl he's supposed to spend the rest of his life with.
Yet, there's an aching hole in his heart that no one has managed to patch up. Something about his life feels manufactured, hollow.
In a fit of desperation and curiosity, craving for a scandalous adrenaline rush to feel among the living, Gyu Vin tries something new, and hires an escort by the name of Ricky. Ricky's everything Gyu Vin isn't, and maybe even more, yet he seems just as bereft of life. Something about him feels so wrong, it's right, and for the first time in Gyu Vin's life, he feels like his existence is more than just a sharp intake of breath.

This changed my life..... Ok long rant incoming
So I've read this FOUR times (update:6) and each time I read it, it's like i unlocked a new perspective. First I was able to see this through gyuvin, then ricky and idk it just keep getting better every time I read it. I feel like I keep seeing new lines, lines i didn't pay much attention to at first. More symbolisms and the future for them. NOT kidding i literally dreamt a sequel for it cuz I was so obsessed with it. Some things don't have a full closure and that's what makes it even better. You don't solve everything in your life at once after some sudden enlightenment. It's a slow, tedious yet a beautiful process. I just wish them a happy future ahead and keep discovering things that they've hidden from the whole world. I hope gyuvin finds the thing he's been missing his whole life and ricky a place to confide to. Okay from my rant you would've guessed the rating. 11/10 (I'll prolly be rereading this once in a while when life gets hard) -
