   Summary

   Cassidy Brethal was never truly a child. Even though she died at the age of 7 in 1984, she never really felt like one. Nobody really understood her. The Devil of Justice. A monster, a mistake.

   Then she is sent to Yokohama and meets Tsushima Shuuji.

   Or Dazai Osamu.

   Cassidy and Dazai go through the years, becoming a family. As they go, they add more people. Nakahara Chuuya, Ozaki Kouyou, Yumeno Kyuusaku, Izumi Kyouka, Elise. Cassidy vows to protect the city of Yokohama.

   Of course, not even that can go well for her.

   The Brethal Family and the Office of Justice want to torture their youngest member.

   But they have to go through Dazai Osamu, Nakahara Chuuya, and Elizabeth Afton first.
