Your memory is hazy, almost nonexistent, after being plucked out of a safe house and experimented on for months. When you're finally rescued you don't remember the people closest to you. It's hard becoming part of something after having nothing for as long as you can remember (literally). It's especially hard when the people closest to you are quite attractive and seem to care so deeply for a relationship you can not even look back on.
