“Shall we try it and see?” A hint of want roughens the edges of Astarion’s words. He leans forward, ghosting his breath over Than’s neck, fangs ready to pierce solid flesh.

Basically it started as what if Zag, Than and Astarion have a 3 way and it ended up being Than and Star navigate their dynamic as co-lovers to Zag, decide to take things to the next level and then they have a 3 way. Takes place after the events of Hades game 1 and 2, and some time after the end of BG3.
