Kellin Quinn has always had an interest for true crime. He loves his favorite serial killers and murderers like a teenage girl loves her favorite band members. Pictures of Richard Ramirez, John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy saved on his phones along with the posters on his wall. In the beginning people assumed it was just one of his quirky little interests. What's wrong with liking true crime? What's wrong with being fascinated with the insane? The day comes when he meets a boy who shares a similar passion for crime, but in a far different way than he is. Is it fascination with the insane, or was it inspiration?
