It was only after your encounter with Zayne in that Café did he begin to reminisce as well.
He could only recall fragments of your childhood adventures, often beginning with you dragging him out of his house to go outside and play with you.
He remembers you jumping in the puddles after rain and ruining your clothing in the process.
He remembers when you two bought ice cream together and him having to save yours from melting.
He remembers your teary eyed face when you tripped and scraped your knee when you two went out walking.
He remembers how you looked when the seal had soaked you in water when you both visited the aquarium.
He remembers the gift he had left behind that was mistaken for a prank.
He remembers.
He recalls the times you two went out on a walk and you stopping to pet a stray cat, with him startling it and causing it run away.
You yelled at him for that.
He recalls making miniature snowmen for you during the winter.
He recalls the often unfair snowball fights you two had, with him winning of course.
He recalls the old playground you two often visited.
He recalls the first time you two went out to ice skate.
He recalls how you tried to cut your own hair once,
It didn’t go well.
He chuckles to himself, remembering that terrible decision you had made.
He reminisces the moment the first time he bought you a gift for your birthday,
It was a snowman keychain.
He reminisces the day you two met.
