Summary
Sokka and Zuko have been best friends since high school. They didn't start on the right foot, but have since made a life long bond.
Now having gone through college at Ba Sing Se University together as well and have since graduated and stayed in extremely close contact. Like three city blocks close. After all, they're best friends.
