Chapter Text
“Noah wait!”
Lily shouts following the blue haired man outside.
“Why don’t we just talk about this. Please at least let us know why you are leaving.”
She says looking back at Regulus for some help.
“Noah just come have a seat, I’ll get us some drinks and we can talk.”
Regulus pitches in before walking back inside to the kitchen. They were very lucky getting the studio they did as it is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and chill out zone as well as the equipment area. Regulus watches as Lily and Noah slowly follow them in and sit down on the sofa. He eventually makes them some coffee and brings it over to the table before taking a seat next to Lily.
“So why were you trying to run out on us earlier Noah?”
Lily pipes up with a curious tone in her voice.
“It’s just.. I don’t want to do it anymore. The band, the music heck just looking at sticks is making me go mental”
Noah explains with a calm expression while taking a sip of his coffee. With a dash of milk and one sugar, just how he likes it.
“Well we can deal with that, just don’t go running off on us or we won’t be able to help you.”
Regulus calmly gestures towards the door before returning his gaze back on Noah. Then passes over a slip of paper.
“We figured you would be leaving soon with how you were acting recently so we made up this form to end your contract and say that we are all good to find a new drummer.”
Regulus mentions after seeing the look of confusion on his face. They smile at him before looking towards Lily who just nods her head in agreement.
Noah takes one more look at his band mates who he has practically known his whole life before looking back down at the form and quickly signing it. As he finishes signing it he takes one last look at the group and stands up to leave.
“Ah where do you think you’re going without saying goodbye?”
Lily says before running up to him and hugging him. Regulus looks at the two with absolute disgust but he isn’t sure why he feels this way, despite that he goes up to Noah and gives him one last handshake.
