Summary:
In a world where the Master accepted the Doctor's offer of traveling the stars, a quiet game of chess is a much more enjoyable battle of wits than fighting across the cosmos (and a much less destructive avenue of flirting, much to the Universe's relief).
Notes:
Alternative name: "The inherent eroticism of playing chess with your intellectual equal and moral opposite".
This ended up taking over 30 hours but it was worth every stroke.
