Izuku takes up the role of The Question, the faceless and paranoid vigilante detective. He finds the connections no one else sees and uncovers a plot that will rock the nation.
There is a second coming of the MLA, a Yakuza Clan rising in power, a corrupt Hero Commission, and a rising League of Villains controlled by a boogeyman lurking in the shadows.
