“Perfect.” Erwin rubbed his chin in thought, there were plenty of ways to serve sushi. They could hire chefs to make it to order, but that would leave people standing in line. The goal was to keep people engaged, interested, but moving. He rolled his coffee cup in his hands, leaning back in his chair. He recalled a trip he took years prior when he visited an art gallery overseas. “Have either of you heard of Nyotaimori?”
“Nyato–” Mike rolled the word around in his mouth. “No. I haven’t.”
Erwin's art gallery is looking for a unique way to serve food and Levi is looking for a way to earn a couple bucks. They both get something better out of the deal.
